As an Executive Coach for Fortune Management, Kim McGuire brings over 12 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing to the Denver Dental community. Kim coaches Dental teams to understand and prioritize ‘what’s most important’, create accountability, as well as incorporate the financial policies and office procedures necessary for the practice to run smoothly and efficiently.
Kim believes the coach-client relationship works best when it is co-managed–mutual trust, respect, open communication, and dedication to success—so that learning and growth are maximized. René Schubert
Partner and Director, Fortune Management
René Schubert is a Partner and Director of Fortune Management along with Anthony Robbins, Dr. Gary McLeod, and Dr. Paul Bass. She received her degree in Management and Computer Science from Texas A&M University. After being a Systems Analyst for a computer company for one year, René started her own consulting company, helping small businesses to grow and become more profitable for the next 11 years. In 1989, René helped found Fortune Management, and became a co-owner in 1990. She is married and has one son, age 19.
Deanna Goodrich, RDH

Deanna M. Goodrich, RDH joined Fortune Management as an Executive Coach in Spring 2012. Our Colorado Team is excited to have Deanna join us; not only does she have 20 years experience as a consultant and owned her firm “ProPerio Management” but she also has over 30 years of experience in the dental field. This is what adds to her success as a coach.
Deanna has a special coaching ability due to her level of experience in private practice. She has assumed responsibilities in all capacities; hygienist, treatment coordinator, and office manager. She has coached experienced established practices and start-up practices. Deanna has helped hundreds of offices, lectured to special interests groups, state conventions, state and local societies, and specialists have asked her to speak to their referral groups.
